We opened for viewing on July 26th 2007, since then through April to 2008 our pages have impressed our readers over 87,000 times - we have published in excess of 300 articles.

Our readers visited us from over 1,400 cities (last count was 1,487) from around the world - Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide our top five - and in case you are interested Silver City came in at #1,487 (in Grant County, New Mexico, USA - population 10,545)

When we last checked we found that CatDog has been seen in 84 countries, from Australia to Argentina, from Kazakhstan to Qatar from Slovenia to Sweden! Aside from Australia at #1,  the United States, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Canada,  Philippines, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Germany rounded out our top 10 - Sri Lanka coming in at #78 on our list...(just in case you are interested!).

Internet users typed in excess of 7,555 different words/phrases into their favourite search engines and found CatDog in their results - they then went ahead and clicked to visit us. The average visitor looked at/read 5.63 pages per visit and most importantly...around 36% of our visitors keep coming back for more!

For our valued Banner Advertisers, CatDog created over 300,000 impressions (ad viewings) in addition to the "click throughs" (each sponsor averaging about 5,000-6,000 page impression per month - and this figure grows as our traffic grows). For our top ranked Featured Listings are concerned they have been viewed/clicked a combined total in excess of 20,000 times.

So consider the costs and consider the exposure - It's certainly not expensive to advertise on CatDog...but we think it is worth it

• $5.00 per month. A 25% discount applies for 12 month pre-paid contract  = $45.00 ($3.75 per month)
• Multi State Featured Listing - $0.50 per extra state (the charge is for extra states over the one you already have a listing in) e.g 2 Two state listing: $5.00 + $0.50 = $5.50 per month. Four State listing: $5.00 + $1.50 = $6.50 per month. 12 month pre-pay discounts still apply.

Design: In keeping with the CatDog site we would prefer (though not mandatory) it to be in the similar style to the ones already appearing on this web site. That is rounded edges and a blue border (#4161ac)  - however as we have stated, this is not mandatory! You can download a blank psd (Photoshop) format here , or a jpeg file here to help you with your design process.

Page Peel Adverts

Size:  500 x 500 pixels

Media Fomat: jpeg or swf (flash)

File Size: Not more than 150KB

 In House Design: If you prefer that we help you with your design please contact us (we are pretty good at it!) we will require all images and finished text to be provided in order for us to design the ad. There is a nominal charge of $35 (+GST) per advertisment designed which must be pre-paid before work is under taken - this offer is for image and text ads only, not Flash (we can do Flash but we don't have that sort of time!).

Web Link: Your advertisment will link (on click) directly to your website (if you have one), therefore you must provide the correct link at the time of placement of your order. 

Contact Details: All your contact details must be complete and correct, if you have a Featured Listing then those poetential customers who are interested in your products or services will be able to contact you via our email service - your details are not actually shown on the website (email addresses may not be shown inside a Featured Listing - to avoid spam and website spidering)

Order Form: If you are placing an order for a Banner please download the order form on this page, complete it and send back to us - the advertising charges are calculated within the form), please include a copy of your advertisement. On receipt of your order it will be checked and you will be sent a GST account for the advertising charges.

Featured Listings and Standard Listings

Standard listing can be uploaded free of charge once you have become a registered member  - all advertisments will be viewed for approval before being published. If you wish your listing to be upgraded to a  Featured Listing then simply download and complete this form once your listing has been published (as a Standard Listing)
